Entourage
An entourage is a group of people who surround or attend to an important or famous person(s). These group of people could be servants, assistants or helpers, associates, and friends who work and sometimes travel with the important person.

An ultimatum is a demand or statement of terms and conditions, which if not met will result in an end to a relationship or other serious consequences. It is an offer in which you either accept or reject.

Reform means making changes to something or someone to improve on it. It involves the correction or absolute removal of certain rules, behaviors, plans, and so on to put in place a better method or line of actions.
Espionage
Espionage is the use of spies by a country to obtain some secret information on the plans and activities of another country.
Embargo
An embargo is a government ban on trade or other commercial activity with a particular country. It is also a restriction of trade for certain products.
