Frequency can be defined as the rate at which something happens or reoccurs over a particular period of time. It can also be seen as the rate at which we do certain things in life. For instance, the rate at which you drink water in a day. It could also be how many times you exercise in a week. It could be how many sticks of cigarette someone smokes in a day.

Whatever the case may be, it is important to realize that in real life, the rate at which you do certain things in life affects you either positively or negatively. If you frequently do the right things that will benefit your health, it will show in your overall wellbeing. Similarly, if you always engage in activities that will negatively affect your health status, it will as well show.


It is better to live life on a high frequency of positivities than on negativities.
