less soda

There are people who have resorted to regularly drinking soda whenever they are thirsty. This is very wrong and has harmful effects on health. Soda contains a high amount of sugar, caffeine, and sodium. These cause dehydration, addiction, and tooth plaque.  Furthermore, regular soda consumption is associated with increased risk of obesity, diabetes, heart diseases, and so on.

In order to maintain good health and reduce disease risks, it is therefore recommended to drink more water and less soda.
