Leadership is the act of leading a group of people or organization. When an individual is elected or appointed a leader, he is in charge and guides the other members to follow him. A good leader inspires confidence in his followers and has the interest of his group at heart.

On the other hand, Service is defined as the act of helping or doing work for someone or people.
Service and leadership are related. It is only those who bow to serve that are lifted to lead. Leadership is not rulership but a call to serve and until you take responsibility for service, you cannot lead others.
