Looks can be defined as a person’s physical appearance. Appearance could be in the way you dress, the way you wear your makeup, your facial expression, your hair, and so on. Outward appearances send a message of you to others. Some of these messages may be true while some may be misinterpreted.
For instance, if you rarely smile, you could be sending a message that you are unhappy or tough. If you dress inappropriately for a particular occasion, you might appear as unserious or disorganized. For some people, putting on glasses may make them appear as a geek to others.
Although appearances could give you a lead on the type of person someone is, other times, it could just be your misinterpretation or misjudgment. In addition, looks sometimes can be deceptive.
