As long as you have children who are living with you, you have the responsibility of taking care of them even if they are not biologically yours. Every child is entitled deserves love from their parents or caregivers.
However, some parents tend to pour out more love and gifts on the child who seems to be the brightest or most intelligent of the rest. This, therefore, relegates the other kids to be under the shadows of the preferred child.
If a child happens to be the most intelligent of all your children, it does not mean that your other children who are less intelligent are not good in some other area.
It is not possible for every child to be outstandingly bright.
Good parents should be able to love all their children equally, give them equal encouragement and support needed to succeed in their various fields of interest.
