A drought is a period of prolonged dryness with little or no rainfall. Some of the causes of drought are depleted soil moisture levels, lack of rainfall, global warming, and so on. Water is essential to the growth of crops as well as so many other things.
For this reason, a period of drought is injurious to crops and prevents their successful growth. It also has environmental, economic and social effects.
In the same way that droughts affect the growth of crops, so does financial drought affect humans. Financial droughts can occur when you do not have savings especially as a result of not spending wisely.
Prolonged financial drought can lead to frustration. It is best to avoid it than experience it.
