Breakfast is the meal eaten in the morning. It is the first meal of the day after long hours of night sleep. Breakfast is derived from “breaking the fast” because you fast while sleeping. Although every meal of the day is important, however, breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day.

In addition, scientific studies show that breakfast can play an important role in maintaining a very healthy body weight.
