Are you that type that keeps talking all the time without making any move to back-up your words? It makes no sense to talk all the time a situation arises but end up not doing anything to authenticate your words.
A person who likes talking all the time without acting can be likened to a toothless dog that can only bark but does not bite.
If people discover that you only talk but do nothing, it does not create a good reputation of you. It makes people doubt your level of seriouness. Nobody will ever see you as a serious-minded person. Also, people may not want to include you in anything that requires the attention of serious-minded individuals.
It is always better to act more and talk less. Let your actions speak.
