Are there work ethics you cannot do without? Your work ethics are those set of moral rules or principles that form a blue print or guideline which you use to execute your job. Some examples of good work ethics are discipline, integrity, a sense of responsibility, team work, accountability, reliability, determination and so on. It is also important to note that there are equally bad work ethics, such as; lateness to work, procrastination, lack of productivity, attitude problems and many others.

Completion of tasks as well as achievement of organizational short or longterm goals are very important and as well dependent on your work ethics. Perhaps you are a job seeker, a set of good qualities and values as guide could earn you that job. Equally, if you are an employee with good work ethics, you are more likely to go far in that career.

All in all, your work ethics could either make or mar your career.
