Unity is a state of oneness, agreement and harmony. It is also the absence of diversity and variation. It is a driving force to achieving great heights for any family, organization or any group it rules.
A state of unity boosts coordination, focus, respect and love. In the same way, a divided front is filled with confusion, incoordination, lack of love and inability to stand as one.
A United group is not void of struggles or challenges but unlike its divided counterpart, it takes advantage of the numerous available resources from each group member to resolve issues facing it. Decision making process is much easier when there is unity.
In Unity, a group stands but in division, it falls.
