Every human being has a character or trait peculiar to him or her. This trait is what makes one unique. Similarly, in every family where there are children, different characters and traits are exhibited from each of these children.
For example, there are children who are always inquisitive, storing-willed or argue a lot. Parents of these children see these traits in their kids as a problem. However, these traits may not be a problem but a potential, if only parents can channel these traits in the right direction.
Although it may be true that a child argues a lot, however, that trait can be well utilized in a law court. This, therefore, means that if that a child with such a trait is a potential lawyer if encouraged. Similarly, an inquisitive child has a potential of becoming a detective in future.
Therefore, if you have a child you think is a problem, you might be mistaken. What you call a problem could be a potential.
