The advent of social media has done a great deal in bringing the world together. Friends and families who are millions of miles apart now have the luxury of chatting as well as seeing each other either through pictures or videos. In fact, pictures seem to be the most common way of showing one’s image on social media.
Your pictures; even though still, generally say a lot about you. It can convey your age, gender, occupation and even the kind of person you are or the kind of person you want people to perceive you as, whether positive or negative. Your pictures could depict you as cool, calm, beautiful, elegant as well as hateful, slutty, arrogant and so on.
Therefore, anytime you are about to post your pictures on social media, it would be wise to consider what kind of pictures to upload so as not to end up conveying the wrong message or perception of you to others.
