Modeling is wearing of clothes, jewelry or other things in order to advertise and promote them for commercial purposes. It is a type of profession. Although established in the mid nineteenth century, modeling became industrialized by 1960s. Before then, models were poorly paid. However, in today’s world, models are one of the well-paid.
In some parts of the world, modeling is not considered a career path while in some other places, it is a viable career for both male and female especially fashion modeling.
It is true that there is no special qualification to become a model, however, it is important that anyone with the intents of modeling should at least be educated. It can be either in fashion designing or any field of study that will boost your modeling career. Adding education will always make you have a better approach to what you do.
