Insecurity comes to threaten us all no matter what age or stage of life you are in, but what do you do? How do you manage those feelings of insecurity when they come?
When you always dwell on certain thoughts, for example, “I will never be able to make it”, “I am not smart”, “I am not attractive” and so on. All of this makes you feel less confident, have low self-esteem and insecure.
Insecurity could make you vulnerable to certain negativities in life. You might unfortunately come across certain negative people who can take advantage of your insecurity and mess your life up.
Identify those areas of your life you are not comfortable with, embrace it and deal with it. It makes you unstoppable and able to overcome that struggle of feeling insecure.
