Can you tolerate a domineering person? Domineering individuals are very confident in themselves, can gain the confidence of others as well as control their intentions. When dealing with others they can be authoritarian, high-handed and dictatorial in their ways.

They could be our friends or family members. Sometimes people with dominant personality can be instrumental in getting work done especially in organizations. Other times, they can be a problem especially when your ideas do not agree with theirs.

As long as this world remains, there will always be domineering individuals but how you deal with them when your paths cross is something you should think through thoroughly, otherwise you might run into unnecessary arguments.
