Are you in the habit of always comparing yourself to others? That is one habit that could be unhealthy to you. Comparing yourself to others could sometimes make you depressed, feel discontent and unhappy with yourself.

You have to understand that there will always be that person who is better, smarter, richer, more educated, more beautiful or stronger than you. Learn to appreciate yourself the way you are and stop comparing. You may have been married and divorced but someone couldn’t find a spouse. You are probably complaining of a small pay check but someone is out on the streets without a job


Life is not a competition and destinies differ. You can either compare yourself with others and end up getting into trouble or you can compete with yourself and end up becoming better than what you used to be. Your choice!
