Trust is a belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest, and will not do anything to harm you or put you in a dangerous situation which could bring you harm. Trusting someone is good. It means you believe in that person and what they can do. However, some people find it difficult to trust others.
This may be as a result of past negative experiences which they may have had with other people. To this group of people, trusting people is seen as risky and increases the chances of being betrayed or deceived.
Although trusting others might be difficult for some people, trust is very important. Every relationship in life revolves around trust; be it marriage, romantic relationship or friendship.
Your trust may have been betrayed in the past but dare to trust again.
