Whenever you want to do good for someone or some people, do not do it because you are looking for something in return. Always do good because it is right and just. For instance, when someone needs help, you can render help because you want them to come out of their ugly situation not because you are hoping that there’s something you will get from him or her.
Even if you will get something in return, let it come willingly from the person you helped. You do not have to demand it.
Furthermore, when you do something for someone and he or she does not show appreciation, it should not stop you from doing good to others who are in need of it. The good deeds you do whether appreciated or not will someday speak for you and even your generation.
