Every organization or firm; no matter how big or small, has a person or group of people who exercise control or authority and supervise workers. This person can be referred to as a boss. In the same way, everyone who is a boss in an organization has a person or group of people who report to him.
These individuals are the subordinates.
To be a boss means to be a decision maker in all the affairs of an organization. it also means to be in control of everything concerning the different positions available in an organization.
However, to be a boss does not mean that you should treat your subordinates like slaves. It does not mean that you should speak to them harshly or be tyrannical in your methods.
A good boss treats his subordinates with respect and love but also firm in maintaining order in an organization.
A subordinate today can become a boss tomorrow. You are a boss, not God.
