Fish is a cold-blooded vertebrate animal that lives in water. It has fins and scales and usually breathes with its gills. In meal preparations, fish is used as a food or as part of a meal. It is a part of a healthy diet.

This oil has some fatty acids which are essential in reducing the risk of heart diseases and can help in lowering high blood pressure.
Regular inclusion of fish in your daily diet is very necessary and recommended in order to maximize its nutrient benefits.
