When your friend, colleague or a member of your family offends you, how do you respond? Do you openly yell and scream to their face or do you walk away silent but still angry?
In every form of relationship, be it romantic, professional or any other, there will always come a time when you are hurt by the other party or parties as the case may be.
It is not advisable to bury your feelings within you, otherwise you might end up exploding in accumulated anger. Similarly, it is not wise to express your hurt aggressively and probably do things you might regret later.
Despite the hurt you feel, it is very important to identify and express your emotions in a healthy manner. It keeps your relationship healthy and going.
Do not allow your emotions to get the best of you.
