Exhaustion is a state of being extremely tired both physically and mentally. It is also used to refer to when something has been used up. In other words, exhaustion can occur when you have used up your energy.
When you work so much without getting enough rest, it can result in exhaustion. This is different from occasional tiredness which people experience from time to time. However, exhaustion is a more of a prolonged tiredness. Some symptoms of exhaustion can be feelings of weakness, constant tiredness, sleepiness, dizziness, headache, muscles weakness, inability to think straight and make wise decisions, and so on.
If you are having any of these symptoms you are probably exhausted. There is a need for you to get enough rest and sleep. Do yourself a favor, take some time off work and take good care of yourself because life has no spare.
