Excitement is the feeling of great enthusiasm and eagerness. It is a situation full of joy and activity. This sort of feeling can arise when one receives some good news, when there is a joyful event or celebrations such as birthday, weddings or wedding anniversaries or even getting one’s dream job.
Although it is good to feel excited when something good happens, however, excitement should also be controlled by the one who is feeling it. A state of extreme excitement might not be palatable. Extreme excitement can make someone behave in ways that may not be pleasant. It can make someone become talkative and say things that are not supposed to be said yet. Overly excited individuals can as well be unstable in their moods and can easily have mood swings.
When one is overly excited, it can make them easily lose their focus. It will be wise to channel that mental, emotional, or physical energy into being calm. This can be done by diverting your attention to doing some work or any hobby of choice.
