Dancing means to move one’s body and feet rhythmically in a pattern of steps, usually to music. People dance to entertain others, for pleasure and as well as to earn a living. The other way that dancing can be utilized is for exercise.
Exercise is a good way of keeping fit and healthy. You must not be a professional ballerina or dance in a dance studio in order to use dancing as exercise. You can dance from the comfort of your living room.
In fact, dancing for at least thirty minutes from the comfort of your living room can be a fun way of exercising. Not only will you burn some calories when you dance but also it will make your heart function well. It improves mental health as well.
If you do not feel like going out to the gym to exercise, consider dancing as an option.
