A custodian is anyone who keeps, cares, and protects someone or something valuable. Sometimes a custodian can also be referred to as caretaker, guardian, and so on. Despite the above definition of a custodian, it can also be used to refer to someone who works to keep a building clean.
Similarly, in order to keep a building clean, a custodian does a lot job such as vacuuming, sweeping, washing of bathrooms, and performs all other housekeeping duties. To be a good custodian means you must be skillful in cleaning.
However, it is important to point out that the cleaning job of a custodian should not be for custodians alone. Everybody should be a custodian in their homes. This is very important in making sure the home is clean and healthy to live in.
