Confession is the acknowledgement and disclosure of your wrong doings or faults. Confession can be humbling but not humiliating.
Although it may be difficult and traumatic to open up and talk about the wrongs you did, however, it is important to know that some of those things you haven’t confessed can be toxic and choking you up on the inside.
Confessing your wrong deeds can be good for your health. When you confess your wrongs, It starts off your healing process, it brings you relief, lifts off burden from your heart and sets you free from prolonged guilt, sorrow, regrets and condemnation.
There is freedom in confession. Why not set yourself free today.
