There are different forms of bullying such as physical, verbal, social, sexual, relational bullying,
and so on.
Bullying can be seen among children. It can be in the form of physical bullying such as fighting or hitting someone. However, bullying in other age groups comes in other forms such as conspiring with others to ignore someone, excluding someone in an activity. It can as well be bullying by word of mouth such as spreading false information about someone just to ridicule him or her.
In general, bullying has a lot of negative effects. It creates feelings of sadness, dejection, low self-esteem, depression, withdrawal, loneliness, anxiety, and loss of interest in activities once enjoyed.
Anyone facing bullying should seek help by talking to people of higher authorities.
