Bathing means to wash your body by immersion in water. It can be done in cold, hot or warm water. People bathe for various reasons and purposes. For some, bathing is for maintaining health while for some others it is perceived as a social or religious activity.

In spite of whatever reason you take your bath, the act of bathing is very important and beneficial. A bath in warm water can help to reduce muscle tension and pain, and symptoms of cold. Bathing also reduces stress, helps you sleep better, washes off dirt and toxins from your skin, improves blood circulation and so on.


The benefits of bathing to health are innumerable. Taking your bathe at least once a day is necessary in order to gain some of these benefits.
